Shipping Costs

I ship worldwide; however, I have only added locations I ship to most regularly; this allows me to keep prices most up-to-date and competitive rather than adding flat shipping rates. If you can't see your location, please get in touch with me via email, and I will update the checkout page.

The Devon and Cornwall book is weighty (over 1kg), which is why postage jumps up if you're buying multiple items. Where possible, I have tried to use a courier service to give you speedy postage and tracking info.

 

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

Transit time Internationally. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer tracking information to keep an eye on your package during transit.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Emma Carlisle Ltd encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Emma Carlisle Ltd at the customers expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  • Books, Calendars and cards are shipped via Choice Fulfilment - orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details from Shopify, and shipped items will receive a confirmation with tracking numbers. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or get in contact.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with me immediately.

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.

  • I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, I will work with Choice Fulfilment to try and get it sent to you asap however, there will be additional postage charges.

  • Choice Fulfilment ship from Devon, UK. If you're ordering outside of the UK you will be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost, please check with your local tax authority before buying.

I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If you're ordering around a busy time - Christmas etc., please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
